Childhood Delights

Delight, whimsy, pleasure and joy, these are the themes of the Children's Concert of the Greenville Concert Band as we perform Tubby the Tuba and The Wind in The Willows with narrator Bill Pinkston. With more fun overtures, marches, waltzes and lullabys, directed by Dr. Dan Turner. Children of all ages welcome!

This event was such a blast in 2018, we can't wait to do it again! The program will be similar to the March 23-24 concerts.


Mauldin Band Festival

On Saturday, May 25 (Memorial Day weekend) we will join several other Upstate concert bands in a festival at Mauldin Cultural Center, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Rousing patriotic and traditional band music with a raucous massed-band finale! Performance order:

  • Greenville Textile Heritage Band
  • Spartanburg Community Band
  • Easley Community Band
  • Greenville Concert Band
  • Finale - massed bands
